From Design to Mass Production

Client Requirements and Design Communication

The client provided their swimwear design sketches and reached out to our colleague Mandy for custom services. Through detailed communication with the client, we understood their needs and design intentions, ensuring that every detail was thoroughly considered.

Pattern Design and Adjustments

Mandy forwarded the client's design sketches to our pattern engineer to begin the pattern-making process. Our pattern engineer carefully created the swimwear pattern based on the design sketches and made necessary adjustments based on the client's feedback, ensuring that the pattern was aligned with the design and met market demands.

Sample Sending and Client Confirmation

Once the pattern was completed, we sent it to the client for reference. The client reviewed the sample and provided feedback for modifications. After several rounds of adjustments, the final swimwear design and production plan were confirmed.

Mass Production and Delivery

After the client confirmed the sample, we officially began the mass production of the swimwear style. Using advanced production equipment and precise craftsmanship, we ensured that each piece of swimwear met the client's high-quality standards. Once production was completed, the swimwear was delivered on time, meeting the client's needs.
